  • If the payment was made through UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking, the refund will be credited back to the same account.
  • In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, store credit or a voucher may be offered.

  • Inspection Period: 2-3 business days after the product is received.
  • Refund Initiation: Refund will be initiated within 24 hours after inspection approval.
  • Refund Completion: Refunds will reflect in your account within 7-10 business days.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any cancellation fees.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched.
